General Manager & Responsible Person; Qualifications

30 years experience in elderly care and associated roles. Helen is committed to maintaining the high quality of care for our residents in accordance with their individual assessed needs.

Elaine Watkins

Deputy General Manager; Qualifications – Registered Nurse; Diploma in End of Life Care; leads and monitors our team of qualified nursing staff and carers who provide the professional nursing care to our residents.

Rudylin Demafeliz

Administrator for 9 years, Rudylin has managed the office which is responsible for the efficient running of the administration at Lakeside and provides invaluable support to the Home Manager, the residents and their relatives.

Darryl Taylor

Head Chef, for 15 years, Darryl acknowledges the importance of mealtimes to our residents and leads our team of skilled chefs in the preparation of nutritional and appetising meals. All meals are freshly cooked in our kitchens from locally sourced suppliers. and the daily menus are planned to ensure that meals are well-balanced and offer a varied diet.

Tomasz Mozder

Housekeeper, has been at Lakeside for 14 years and leads our housekeeping and domestic staff who maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and supervises a full in-house laundering service, to ensure there is always a supply of clean clothing and linen.

Tracey Mordue

Social and activity organiser. Tracey has worked at Lakeside for 20 years as a team leader then activities since 2014.
Arranges daily entertainment with various activities provided by visiting musicians, Zoo and entertainers, crafts, cinema and games. Home Wii competition monthly. Outings are arranged following discussions with residents and their families.
