A Message from the Chairman

When we opened Lakeside, I said that I had built Lakeside to a standard that was good enough for my mother. A few years ago Mum was a resident at Lakeside for over two years and I didn’t receive any complaints!

I am pleased that you have chosen Lakeside as your new home. Our aim is to provide you with the level of care and support required to ensure that you maintain your independence and individuality.

Standards are what Lakeside is all about and we are relentless in seeking improvements to our service for all our residents. As a family business, established in 1947, we take our responsibilities to you and your family as though they were our own. I have total confidence in our General Manager and her team to maintain our standards and I hope you have a pleasant stay with us.

I and my co-directors are frequent visitors to Lakeside and we will take the opportunity to make ourselves known when we meet. Please feel free to let us have any thoughts or comments you may have.
